Trading cryptocurrency and digital assets carries inherent risks. While we strive to ensure smooth and secure transactions, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, instant processing, or absolute error-free transactions.

King’s Trade Network provides services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. We are not liable for any delays, losses, or disruptions beyond our control. If you are dissatisfied with our services, your sole recourse is to discontinue use.

We aim to process transactions instantly or within 24 hours. However, factors such as liquidity, network congestion, and verification requirements may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and professionalism when dealing with our support team.

You are responsible for providing accurate details when initiating transactions. We are not liable for losses due to incorrect account details, wallet addresses, or misinformation provided by you. Always double-check before confirming any trade.

• Refunds are only considered in cases of failed transactions caused by us.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing (email, WhatsApp, or Instagram).

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days, subject to a 10% handling fee and 5% VAT deduction.

• Crypto and e-currency transactions are non-refundable.

We collect customer data solely to facilitate transactions and provide better service. We do not sell, share, or misuse your information. However, we will comply with lawful requests from regulatory bodies if required.

To maintain a 100% secure trading environment, we may request identity verification for large transactions. Any fraudulent activity will result in account suspension and possible legal action.
